LIVING YOGA
it only takes 15 minutes a day
I believe that practicing yoga daily can dramatically change your life by bringing you calmness and peace. If your health allows, not only can it offer physical benefits, but the practice can empower you to find your inner resilience to work through life's ups and downs.
If able, try practicing the following around the same time each day in the same place:

10 minutes Asana (physical movement)
3 minutes Pranayama (breath work)
2 minutes Japa (mantra / meditation)
Journal about your experience
