I've partnered with Alma to help me run my private practice. The Alma team will confirm your insurance eligibility and provide you with an estimate of your payment responsibility. As my client, you’ll receive appointment confirmation emails and invoices from Alma, and their team may also reach out with policy updates. You will have the option to enroll in Auto Pay through Alma. With Auto Pay, you'll be billed after each session according to what your insurance plan indicates that you owe. Alma does not currently accept payments from third-party payment systems such as InstaMed.
I am only in-network with commercial plans administered by the following companies:
UNITED HEALTHCARE SHARED SERVICES (UHSS)
GEHA - UNITED HEALTHCARE SHARED SERVICES (UHSS)
UHC STUDENT RESOURCES
ALL SAVERS (UHC)
HEALTH PLANS INC
ALLIED BENEFIT SYSTEMS
The best way to determine if you have mental health care coverage is to call the number listed on the back of your insurance card. Ask them if you have behavioral health benefits as part of your coverage. If so, clarify what the co-pay or deductible is for a mental health outpatient visit.
If you don’t see your insurance listed and are looking for an In-Network Provider, reach out to Alma's Client Matching team at email@example.com.
If you have PPO insurance and would like to use my services as an Out Of Network provider, I can provide you with a superbill for your insurance company. They may cover a portion of the cost.
It is your responsibility to know the mental health benefits your insurance offers.
